Judging Yourself

Part 1

1 Corinthians 11:27-31 New Living Translation (NLT)

27 So anyone who eats this bread or

drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily

is guilty of sinning against[a] the

body and blood of the Lord.

28 That is why you should examine yourself

before eating the bread and drinking the cup.

29 For if you eat the bread or drink the cup

without honoring the body of Christ,[b]

you are eating and drinking

God’s judgment upon yourself.

30 That is why many of you are weak and

sick and some have even died.

31 But if we would examine ourselves,

we would not be judged by God in this way.

You Get to Choose.

The Scriptures Below Will Make It

Very Clear Why,

Matthew 22:14 New Living Translation (NLT)

14 “.... many are called, but few are chosen.”

The Following Statement Is Repeated 7 Times,

"to the one who overcomes, to him will I give ..."

(Rev.2:7; 2:11; 2:17; 2:26; 3:5; 3:12; 3:21)

God Repeats Nothing In The Word By Accident.

This Next Scripture

Sums It Up For The Many

Matthew 7:13-14 (NLT)
The Narrow Gate
13 “You can enter God’s Kingdom
only through the narrow gate.
The highway to hell is broad,
and its gate is wide
for the many who choose that way.
14 But the gateway to life is very narrow and
 the road is difficult, and
only a few ever find it.

Do You Want to Be One Of The Few?

 How many powerful teachings

have you heard on the narrow gate.

If you can only enter

The Kingdom Of God Through The Narrow Gate,

would you not like a description of what is required to enter

The Narrow Gate.

This Next Scripture Outlines The Answer.

1 John 2:24-27 New Living Translation (NLT)

24 So you must remain faithful to what you

have been taught from the beginning.

If you do, you will remain in fellowship with

the Son and with the Father.

How Do You Know What John

Means By This Statement,

"You Must Remain Faithful

To What You Were Taught

From The Beginning.

Verses 25-27 Explain It Very Well.

25 And in this fellowship we enjoy the eternal life he promised us.

26 I am writing these things to warn you about

those who want to lead you astray.

27 But you have received the Holy Spirit,[a] and

he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone

to teach you what is true.

For the Spirit[b] teaches you everything you need to know,

and what he teaches is true—it is not a lie.

So just as he has taught you,

remain in fellowship with Christ.

How To be Taught By

The Holy Spirit Of God.

The Following Is A Life Time

Investment To Eternity,

Not Something You Are Going To

Accomplish And Then Be Through.

Except For Special Conditions In Ones Life,

I Do Not Believe There Is Any Other Way

To Be Taught The Word Of God

By The Holy Spirit  Other Than Listening

To The Word Being Played Out Loud

In Your Presents As Much As Possible

Everyday Of Your Life

Till You Leave This Earth.

You Have Got To Be Willing

To Erase The Board Of

All That You Have Been Taught And Say,

Ok Holy Spirit Of God,

You Teach Me How To Enter

The Narrow Gate Of

The Kingdom Of God.

I Am Now Going To List

Several Scriptures I Consider To Be

The Bibles Untold Truths.

Listen To Them And Ask

The Holy Spirit Of God

To Help You Completely Understand

The Depths Of Each

Of These Scriptures,

How They Have Effected You And/Or

How To Apply Them To Your Life.

We Must Always Start

With This Verse.

Mark 12:29-31 New Living Translation (NLT)

29 Jesus replied,

“The most important commandment is this:

‘Listen, O Israel! The Lord our God

is the one and only Lord.

30 And you must love the

 Lord your God with

all your heart,

all your soul,

all your mind, and

all your strength.’[a]

31 The second is equally important:

 ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b]

No other commandment is greater than these.”

This Scripture Has Two Directives.

1) All

2 Neighbor As Yourself

Let's Start With The First,  All.

A} How Many definitions Are There For All?

B}Well The Second Question Is

What Is The Alternatives To

Having Our Total Being

Totally Focused On God?

The Alternatives Are

The World And The

Things It Offers You.

So What Does God

Have To Say About The World?

1 John 2:15-17 New Living Translation (NLT)

Do Not Love This World

15 Do not love this world

nor the things it offers you,

for when you love the world,

you do not have the love of the Father in you.

16 For the world offers only

a craving for physical pleasure,

a craving for everything we see, and

pride in our achievements and possessions.

These are not from the Father,

but are from this world.

17 And this world is fading away,

along with everything that people crave.

But anyone who does what

pleases God will live forever.

The Second Directive Is,

Love Your Neighbor As Yourself.

Well One Of The First Questions That

Was Asked When Jesus Said This,

Was Who Is My Neighbor?

Luke 10:30-37 New Living Translation (NLT)

Parable of the Good Samaritan

30 Jesus replied with a story:

“A Jewish man was traveling from Jerusalem down to Jericho,

and he was attacked by bandits.

They stripped him of his clothes,

beat him up, and left him half dead beside the road.

31 “By chance a priest came along.

But when he saw the man lying there,

he crossed to the other side of the road and passed him by.

32 A Temple assistant[d] walked over and

looked at him lying there,

but he also passed by on the other side.

33 “Then a despised Samaritan came along,

and when he saw the man,

he felt compassion for him.

34 Going over to him, the Samaritan soothed

his wounds with olive oil and wine and bandaged them.

Then he put the man on his own donkey and took him to an inn,

where he took care of him.

35 The next day he handed the innkeeper two

 silver coins,[e] telling him,

 ‘Take care of this man.

If his bill runs higher than this,

I’ll pay you the next time I’m here.’

36 “Now which of these three would you say

was a neighbor to the man who

was attacked by bandits?” Jesus asked.

37 The man replied,

“The one who showed him mercy.”

Then Jesus said,

“Yes, now go and do the same.”

If You Will Take That Scripture And

Connect It With What God Says Is The Final Judge.

You Will Start Getting A Clue How to

 Enter Through The Narrow Gate.

Matthew 25:31-46 New Living Translation (NLT)

The Final Judgment

31 “But when the Son of Man[a]

comes in his glory,

and all the angels with him,

then he will sit upon his glorious throne.

32 All the nations[b] will be

gathered in his presence,

and he will separate the people

as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.

33 He will place the sheep

at his right hand and

the goats at his left.

34 “Then the King will say

to those on his right,

‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father,

inherit the Kingdom prepared

for you from the creation of the world.

 35 For I was hungry,

and you fed me.

I was thirsty,

and you gave me a drink.

I was a stranger,

and you invited me into your home.

36 I was naked,

and you gave me clothing.

I was sick,

 and you cared for me.

I was in prison,

and you visited me.’

37 “Then these righteous ones will reply,

‘Lord, when did we ever see you

hungry and feed you?

Or thirsty and

give you something to drink?

38 Or a stranger and

show you hospitality?

Or naked and give you clothing?

39 When did we ever see you

sick or in prison and visit you?’

40 “And the King will say,

‘I tell you the truth,

when you did it to one

of the least of these my

brothers and sisters,[c]

you were doing it to me!’

Those Blessed By God Achieved

The Above And

Entered The Kingdom

Prepared For Them.

Being A Christian

Is That Simple.

The Following Did Not Listen

Or Where Not Taught.

It Is That Simple.

41 “Then the King will turn

to those on the left and say,

‘Away with you, you cursed ones,

 into the eternal fire prepared

for the devil and his demons.[d]

42 For I was hungry,

and you didn’t feed me.

I was thirsty, and

you didn’t give me a drink.

43 I was a stranger, and

you didn’t invite me into your home.

I was naked, and

you didn’t give me clothing.

I was sick and in prison, and

you didn’t visit me.’

44 “Then they will reply,

‘Lord, when did we ever

see you hungry or thirsty

or a stranger or naked

or sick or in prison,

and not help you?’

45 “And he will answer,

‘I tell you the truth,

when you refused to help

the least of these my brothers and sisters,

you were refusing to help me.’

46 “And they will go away

into eternal punishment,

but the righteous will go into eternal life.”

How Did We Get In

This Mess That We Are In

With So Many Focuses

That Separate Us From

What Is God's Will For Our Lives?

2 Corinthians 4:3-4  (NLT)
3 If the Good News we preach is
hidden behind a veil, it is hidden only from
 people who are perishing.
4 satan, who is the god of this world,
has blinded the minds of those
who don’t believe.
They are unable to see the glorious light
of the Good News.
They don’t understand this message
about the glory of Christ,
who is the exact likeness of God.

This World's Stuff and All

That It Is, Belongs To satan And

he Gives It To Whom Ever he Pleases.

Luke 4:5-7 New Living Translation (NLT)

Then the devil took him up and

revealed to him all the kingdoms

of the world in a moment of time.

“I will give you the glory of these

kingdoms and authority over them,”

the devil said,

 “because they are mine to

give to anyone I please.

I will give it all to you

if you will worship me.”

If You Will Use This World

To Satisfy Yourself, he Is Going

To Give You Much.

Simple Deduction;

To Walk In The Spirit Of God And

Receive Acceptance

At The Narrow Gate;

1) Fill Yourself Daily

With The Word Of God  Who Is

Jesus Christ Our Savior.

2) Focus Your Life On helping Others

As Described Above.

3) As You Give And Help Others,

Opportunities Will Arise

To Share The Love Of God And

The Saving Grace Of God Through

Jesus Christ Our Lord.
