Is Your Ministry

Ready To Become Apart

Of The

End Time Ministry Outreach?

Or Is What You Teach And

Calling Being Blessed By God

Really An Abomination

 In The Sight Of God.

Luke 16:14-15 New King James Version (NKJV)

The Law, the Prophets, and the Kingdom

14 Now the Pharisees,

who were lovers of money,

also heard all these things,

and they [a]derided Him.

15 And He said to them,

“You are those who justify

yourselves before men,

but God knows your hearts.

For what is highly esteemed among men

is an abomination in the sight of God.

Luke 16:14-15 New Living Translation (NLT)

14 The Pharisees, who dearly loved their money,

heard all this and scoffed at him.

15 Then he said to them,

“You like to appear righteous in public,

but God knows your hearts.

What this world honors is

detestable in the sight of God.

Luke 16:14-15 New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)

The Law and the Kingdom of God

14 The Pharisees,

who were lovers of money,

heard all this, and they ridiculed him.

15 So he said to them,

“You are those who justify yourselves

in the sight of others;

but God knows your hearts;

for what is prized by human beings

is an abomination in the sight of God.

1 John 2 New King James Version (NKJV)

Do Not Love the World

15 Do not love the world or the things in the world.

If anyone loves the world,

the love of the Father is not in him.

16 For all that is in the world—

the lust of the flesh,

 the lust of the eyes,

and the pride of life—

is not of the Father but is of the world.

17 And the world is passing away,

and the lust of it;

but he who does the will of God abides forever.

1 John 2 New Living Translation (NLT)

Do Not Love This World

15 Do not love this world

nor the things it offers you,

for when you love the world,

you do not have the love of the Father in you.

16 For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure,

a craving for everything we see,

and pride in our achievements and possessions.

These are not from the Father,

but are from this world.

17 And this world is fading away,

along with everything that people crave.

But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever.

What the world honors is

an abomination to God?

Jesus Said

John 14:6

King James Bible
Jesus saith unto him,

I am the way, the truth, and the life:

no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

New Living Translation
Jesus told him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life.

No one can come to the Father except through me.

Aramaic Bible in Plain English
Yeshua said to him,

 “I AM THE LIVING GOD,

The Way and The Truth and The Life;

no man comes to my Father but by me alone.”

Jesus Is The Living Word Of God.

John 1 New King James Version (NKJV)

The Eternal Word

In the beginning was the Word,

and the Word was with God,

and the Word was God.

He was in the beginning with God.

All things were made through Him,

and without Him nothing was made that was made.

In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

And the light shines in the darkness,

and the darkness did not comprehend[a] it.

The Word Becomes Flesh

14 And the Word became flesh and

dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory,

the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,

full of grace and truth.

John 1  New Living Translation (NLT)

Prologue: Christ, the Eternal Word

In the beginning the Word already existed.
    The Word was with God,
    and the Word was God.
He existed in the beginning with God.
God created everything through Him,
and nothing was created except through Him.
The Word gave life to everything that was created,[a]
and his life brought light to everyone.
The light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness can never extinguish it.[b]

The Word Becomes Human

14 So the Word became human[d] and

made his home among us.

He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness.[e]

And we have seen his glory,

the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.

but my words will never disappear.

Mark 13:31 New Living Translation (NLT)

but my words will never disappear.

Revelation 3 New Living Translation (NLT)

15 “I know all the things you do,

that you are neither hot nor cold.

I wish that you were one or the other!

16 But since you are like lukewarm water,

neither hot nor cold,

I will spit you out of my mouth!

You Have A Choice Today And

For The Rest Of Your Life.

Listen To What God’s Word Jesus Has To Say,

Listen To The Word.

 Or

Listen To The World And All that It has To Say,

And It Has Much To Say.

Listening To God

Romans 10:17 New Living Translation (NLT)

17 So faith comes from hearing,

that is, hearing the Good News about Christ.

Job 42:5
"I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear;

But now my eye sees You;

Galatians 3:2
I would like to learn just one thing from you:

Did you receive the Spirit by works of the Law,

or by hearing with faith?

Galatians 3:5
Does God lavish His Spirit on you and

work miracles among you

because you practice the Law,

or because you hear and believe?

Colossians 3:16
Let the word of Christ richly dwell

within you as you teach and admonish

one another with all wisdom,

and as you sing psalms, hymns,

and spiritual songs with

gratitude in your hearts to God.

Hebrews 4:2
For we also received the good news,

just as they did;

but the message they heard

was of no value to them,

since they did not share the faith

of those who comprehended it.

Get the Word in some format and

have it playing out loud in your presents

 throughout the day.

Have it playing in your home 24/7 out loud,

never turn it off.

The Results Of Listening

 James 1:22-27

22 But don’t just listen to God’s word.

You must do what it says.

Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.

23 For if you listen to the word

and don’t obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror.

24 You see yourself, walk away,

and forget what you look like.

25 But if you look carefully into the perfect law

that sets you free, and if you do what it says and

 don’t forget what you heard,

then God will bless you for doing it.

26 If you claim to be religious

but don’t control your tongue,

you are fooling yourself,

and your religion is worthless.

27 Pure and genuine religion

in the sight of God the Father

means caring for orphans and widows

 in their distress and

refusing to let the world corrupt you.

James 2:14-20

Faith without Good Deeds Is Dead

14 What good is it,

dear brothers and sisters,

if you say you have faith

but don’t show it by your actions?

Can that kind of faith save anyone?

15 Suppose you see a brother or sister

who has no food or clothing,

16 and you say, “Good-bye and have a good day;

stay warm and eat well”—

but then you don’t give that person

any food or clothing. What good does that do?

17 So you see,

faith by itself isn’t enough.

 Unless it produces good deeds,

it is dead and useless.

18 Now someone may argue,

 “Some people have faith;

others have good deeds.”

But I say,

“How can you show me your faith

if you don’t have good deeds?

I will show you my faith by my good deeds.”

19 You say you have faith,

for you believe that there is one God.[f]

Good for you! Even the demons believe this,

and they tremble in terror.

20 How foolish! Can’t you see that faith

without good deeds is useless?

The Final Judgment

31 “But when the Son of Man[a]

comes in his glory,

and all the angels with him,

then he will sit upon his glorious throne.

32 All the nations[b] will be gathered

33 He will place the sheep at his right hand and

34 “Then the King will say

to those on his right,

‘Come, you who are

blessed by my Father,

inherit the Kingdom

from the creation of the world.

((Christians Are Blessed By Giving Not By Getting,

35 For I was hungry,

I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink.

I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.

36 I was naked, and you gave me clothing.

I was sick, and you cared for me.

I was in prison, and you visited me.’

37 “Then these righteous ones will reply,

‘Lord, when did we ever see you

hungry and feed you?

Or thirsty and give you something to drink?

38 Or a stranger and show you hospitality?

Or naked and give you clothing?

39 When did we ever see you sick

40 “And the King will say,

‘I tell you the truth,

when you did it to one of the least

you were doing it to me!’

41 “Then the King will turn

to those on the left and say,

‘Away with you, you cursed ones,

into the eternal fire prepared

for the devil and his demons.[d]

42 For I was hungry, and you didn’t feed me.

I was thirsty, and you didn’t give me a drink.

43 I was a stranger,

and you didn’t invite me into your home.

 I was naked,

and you didn’t give me clothing.

I was sick and in prison,

and you didn’t visit me.’

44 “Then they will reply,

‘Lord, when did we ever

‘I tell you the truth,

but the righteous will go into eternal life.”

13 Then someone called from the crowd,

 “Teacher, please tell my brother

to divide our father’s estate with me.”

14 Jesus replied,

“Friend, who made me a judge

over you to decide such things as that?”

15 Then he said,

“Beware! Guard against

 every kind of greed.

Life is not measured by

how much you own.”

16 Then he told them a story:

“A rich man had a fertile farm

that produced fine crops.

17 He said to himself, ‘What should I do?

I don’t have room for all my crops.’

18 Then he said,

‘I know! I’ll tear down my barns

and build bigger ones.

Then I’ll have room enough to store

all my wheat and other goods.

19 And I’ll sit back and say to myself,

“My friend, you have enough

stored away for years to come.

Now take it easy! Eat, drink, and be merry!”’

20 “But God said to him,

‘You fool! You will die this very night.

Then who will get everything you worked for?’

21 “Yes, a person is a fool

 to store up earthly wealth

but not have a rich relationship with God.”

The Rich Man

20 “I’ve obeyed all these commandments,”

the young man replied. “What else must I do?”

21 Jesus told him,

“If you want to be perfect,

go and sell all your possessions and

give the money to the poor,

and you will have treasure in heaven.

Then come, follow me.”

22 But when the young man heard this,

he went away sad, for he had many possessions.

23 Then Jesus said to his disciples,

 “I tell you the truth,

it is very hard for a rich person to enter

the Kingdom of Heaven.

24 I’ll say it again—

it is easier for a camel

to go through the eye of a needle

than for a rich person to enter the Kingdom of God!”

Mark 10:20-18 New Living Translation (NLT)

20 “Teacher,” the man replied,

“I’ve obeyed all these commandments

 since I was young.”

21 Looking at the man,

Jesus felt genuine love for him.

“There is still one thing you haven’t done,”

 he told him.

“Go and sell all your possessions and

give the money to the poor,

and you will have treasure in heaven.

Then come, follow me.”

22 At this the man’s face fell,

and he went away sad, for he had many possessions.

23 Jesus looked around and

said to his disciples,

“How hard it is for the rich to enter

the Kingdom of God!”

24 This amazed them. But Jesus said again,

“Dear children, it is very hard[f]

49 For the Mighty One is holy,
and he has done great things for me.
50 He shows mercy from generation to generation

51 His mighty arm has done tremendous things!
He has scattered the proud and haughty ones.
52 He has brought down princes from their thrones

Sorrows Foretold

24 “What sorrow awaits you who are rich,

25 What sorrow awaits you who are fat and prosperous now,

What sorrow awaits you who laugh now,
for your laughing will turn to mourning and sorrow.
26 What sorrow awaits you who are praised by the crowds,
for their ancestors also praised false prophets.

Luke 8:4-15 New Living Translation (NLT)

Parable of the Farmer Scattering Seed

One day Jesus told a story in the form

of a parable to a large crowd that had gathered

from many towns to hear him:

“A farmer went out to plant his seed.

As he scattered it across his field,

some seed fell on a footpath,

where it was stepped on, and the birds ate it.

Other seed fell among rocks.

It began to grow, but the plant soon wilted

and died for lack of moisture.

Other seed fell among thorns that

grew up with it and choked out the tender plants.

Still other seed fell on fertile soil.

This seed grew and produced a crop

that was a hundred times

as much as had been planted!”

When he had said this, he called out,

“Anyone with ears to hear

should listen and understand.”

His disciples asked him what

this parable meant.

10 He replied, “You are permitted to

understand the secrets[a]

of the Kingdom of God.

But I use parables to teach the others

so that the Scriptures might be fulfilled:

‘When they look, they won’t really see.
When they hear, they won’t understand.’[b]

11 “This is the meaning of the parable:

 The seed is God’s word.

12 The seeds that fell on the footpath

represent those who hear the message,

only to have the devil

come and take it away from their hearts

and prevent them from

believing and being saved.

13 The seeds on the rocky soil represent

those who hear the message and

receive it with joy.

But since they don’t have deep roots,

 they believe for a while,

then they fall away when they face temptation.

14 The seeds that fell among the thorns

represent those who hear the message,

but all too quickly the message is

crowded out by the

cares and riches and pleasures of this life.

And so they never grow into maturity.

15 And the seeds that fell on the good soil

represent honest, good-hearted people

who hear God’s word,

cling to it, and patiently produce a huge harvest.

I Am Going To End This Teaching

With The Story Of

The Rich Man and Lazarus.

I Love To Teach This Story

Because There Are Several

Wonderful Things To Be Learned

From This Teaching From Jesus.

But The Bottom Line Is Life's Focus.

Luke 16:19-31 New Living Translation (NLT)

Parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus

19 Jesus said, “There was a certain rich man

who was splendidly clothed

in purple and fine linen and

who lived each day in luxury.

20 At his gate lay a poor man named Lazarus

 who was covered with sores.

21 As Lazarus lay there longing

for scraps from the rich man’s table,

the dogs would come and lick his open sores.

22 “Finally, the poor man died

and was carried by the angels

to sit beside Abraham

at the heavenly banquet.[a]

The rich man also died and was buried,

23 and he went to the place of the dead.[b]

There, in torment, he saw Abraham

in the far distance with Lazarus at his side.

24 “The rich man shouted,

‘Father Abraham, have some pity!

Send Lazarus over here to dip

the tip of his finger in water and

cool my tongue.

I am in anguish in these flames.’

25 “But Abraham said to him,

‘Son, remember that during your lifetime

you had everything you wanted,

 and Lazarus had nothing.

So now he is here being comforted,

and you are in anguish.

26 And besides, there is a great

chasm separating us.

No one can cross over to you from here,

and no one can cross over to us from there.’

27 “Then the rich man said,

‘Please, Father Abraham,

at least send him to my father’s home.

28 For I have five brothers,

and I want him to warn them

so they don’t end up in this place of torment.’

29 “But Abraham said,

‘Moses and the prophets have warned them.

Your brothers can read what they wrote.’

30 “The rich man replied,

‘No, Father Abraham!

But if someone is sent to them

from the dead,

then they will repent

of their sins and turn to God.’

31 “But Abraham said,

‘If they won’t listen to Moses

and the prophets,

they won’t be persuaded

even if someone rises from the dead.’”
